I'll let the image speak for itself. Jeremy, (if that is even your real name) chose an offshore host/host which has a very loose ToS next time. Furthermore, the "British authorities" won't do diddly squat to me as I have not done anything illegal at all, so before you try and scare me with the idea of jail, think about it. Being a part of HackForums is not illegal either so they won't find anything there. Feel free to get in touch with my local legal authority or even my school (You should already know it right?) and report me as a "hacker." It won't get you far. If you want to sue me, then (as you said yourself) be prepared to pay quiet the fortune in legal fees for a useless outcome and don't think I won't respond to the case either.
