It seems like this little kid likes opening false claims and attempts to chargeback for the most stupidest things. I sold him an eBook (over at HackForums) and about a month later he decides to do a chargeback, claiming I said "I was going to offer him a second eBook" and then I said "lololol are you crazy." Funny because I don't sell any other books apart from the one I sold him and I don't speak like that.
Above is a screenshot of the claim, notice how he is using a fake name for his PayPal account. Obvious sign of a scammer. Here is what I have found out so from what little information I had.Name: Ivan Kvakan
Alias: kvakica10 or some variations.
eMail: kvakica_ivo@hotmail.com & kvakicaivo10@gmail.com
Age: 16
Location: Croatia, Zagreb
Furthermore, one of these is probably his resident and phone number. I can't cross reference these and chances are none of them are correct but it could be.
