My main website Xch4ng3.com is down - I'm aware so please no messages or any sort of communication informing me so. It seems like a continuous DDoS attack however I cannot be sure at this point. The site has been down for some time now. I have contacted my host (Magmahost) multiple times regarding the downtime however my support tickets have magically been "closed" or vanished without any trace. It's quiet a shame actually, Magmahost has been very efficient in responding to my previous support tickets however it seems like when the situation is out of their hand they simply decide to ignore you - whilst continuing to take your money. I now recommend everyone to avoid Magmahost, no matter how appealing their prices may look (which is what lured me in first.) Do you really want a company with terrible customer service? The least they could do is inform me of the status of my website. Thankfully, Xch4ng3.com was only made for minimal use and ad revenue and I remain in profit so downtime is really not an issue, however imagine if you were running a serious business - each second of downtime is potential revenue loss.
As I have mentioned, I am still unaware of the root cause of the downtime, however my suspicions still remain on a continuous DDoS attack. If the attacker is reading this message please be aware that you are not causing me any sort of loss, damage or stress.

Sorry to hear this! I recommend www.brohoster.com for future hosting. I am not a bot I can assure you, but they are pretty darn cheap and reliable, never had a problem.
